The Exzigo Inventory and Photo app is a multi-versatile tool for your business. It provides a very quick and intuitive process for getting job site photos back to the office with minimal hassle, while doing additional inventory for devices you track through the Exzigo tracking system.
The photo portion is simple! Just have your field employees take photos of their work (progress, trouble spots, safety hazards, completed projects) using this app, and each photo is immediately uploaded in full detail without any other user interaction. If your company uses the Exzigo tracking system (not a requirement) then accessing the camera screen is even easier! While in range of any beacon-enabled tool or equipment, simply slide up on the app icon in the bottom left of your lock screen (see lockscreen screenshot) to be immediately presented with the camera screen.
The inventory system is equally simple to operate. Any time the app is open (main screen or in the camera view) it will be taking inventory of your Exzigo enabled tools and equipment. Equipment and inventory managers will be able to see, in real-time, the last GPS location of the tracked item on a map. They may also setup email alerts to be notified when a missing item is inventoried. Breadcrumb trail, history, etc is all available in the Exzigo tracking system.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
